This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing your skills to manage inventory, operate equipment, and deliver exceptional service. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient warehouse distribution and order fulfillment, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders using a warehouse management system. Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, and update inventory records in the warehouse system. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse. Ensure proper stocking of products on shelves or pallets, maintaining organized storage for easy retrieval. Assist with order picking and packing for e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents against shipping documents using basic math skills for quantity checks. Maintain accurate records of shipments using ERP system software; document discrepancies or damages promptly. Drive company vehicles to deliver or pick up goods from designated locations while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or warehouse distribution. Experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software for inventory control. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and shipment verification. Experience with e-commerce order processing and packaging is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
