Please only apply if this works for you. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Team Member to help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position supports both online and in-person customers through order fulfillment, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. As you grow in the role, there may be opportunities to learn and assist with laser cutting, 3D printing, fiberglass fabrication, CNC equipment, and waterjet operations. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Package products securely and accurately according to detailed instructions Process orders using e-commerce and shipping platforms Assist with inventory management and stock organization Contact customers by phone or email when order clarification is needed Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as trained Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving inventory Perform inventory counts and basic record keeping Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes Safely lift, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, manufacturing, or related experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, including working from ladders when necessary Comfortable using computers and software for shipping, inventory, and order management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks efficiently Excellent organizational and time management skills Friendly and professional communication skills Reliable and punctual Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company Flexible Hours A supportive, team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience with manufacturing, fulfillment, and production processes About Us We are a small manufacturing and retail company that has proudly operated in Laguna Hills for over 15 years.
