The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient outbound shipping, and overall warehouse organization. This position requires hands-on experience with shipping systems, packaging, and logistics coordination, with preference given to candidates familiar with manufactured parts and international freight documentation. Duties Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Manage outbound shipments, including domestic and international freight coordination. Create shipping labels, invoices, and customs documentation using carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Verify order details and ensure all outbound materials meet company and customer standards. Transfer parts and materials between company buildings as needed (clean driving record required). Assist in receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming inventory. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following 5S and safety best practices. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed. Communicate effectively with operations and logistics teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues. Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency in warehouse and shipping operations. Experience Proven experience in outbound shipping and warehouse operations is required. Familiarity with international shipping, freight carriers, and customs paperwork is preferred. Experience handling manufactured parts or aftermarket products is a strong plus. Proficient in shipping and warehouse management software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip). Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is required. Clean driving record required, as occasional local deliveries and inter-building transfers are part of the role. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties safely. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
