PM Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will perform receiving activities that ensures the delivery of proper patient care, the protection of hospital assets, the security of the work area, and the effective and efficient payment for goods and services received. Completes the timely processing of shipments received; and maintain records to document the receipt of goods and services. Employee will follow applicable policies and procedures in handling supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
2+ year of receiving experience required
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital, healthcare, or clinical environment. 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations. Familiarity with medical supply handling, sterile products, or regulated materials.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Pay Scale Information:

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
