Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Process customer orders and returns Intake product shipments and deliveries (shipping/receiving) Maintain website product/inventory levels Answer customer questions via phone and email Provide online chat support as needed Other general office duties as needed Ideal Candidate will possess: A neat appearance and be well-groomed and punctual Possess a willingness to learn the products we sell, and have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality Being energetic, self-motivated, and a self-starter are essential to mutual success Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential Attention to detail is critical Possess good phone and written communication skills Work may require strenuous physical exertion for extended periods including standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting, and frequently carrying objects weighing up to 40 lbs

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Math skills Computer aptitude No experience necessary, we're ready and willing to train the right person for this position
