Schedule:

Full-time (40+ hours per week) Position Summary A distribution and logistics organization is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for accurately processing outgoing shipments, maintaining shipment records, and ensuring packages are properly prepared, labeled, and loaded for delivery. Key Responsibilities Enter data for outgoing shipments and incoming materials into internal systems Use RF scanners, computers, and printers to process shipments Perform basic quality inspections on outgoing packages Print shipment labels and required shipping or customs documents Ensure all shipments are properly identified, labeled, and packaged Load shipments safely into delivery and transport vehicles Track and update shipment status in the system Verify correct packing techniques are used for outgoing orders Troubleshoot shipping issues and work toward timely resolution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of shipping experience Basic computer proficiency Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and UPS WorldShip preferred Detail-oriented with strong accuracy Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack preferred Customer-service mindset when supporting internal and external partners Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift and carry 25-50 lbs Ability to perform job safely without risk to self or others Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
