In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accurate packing, and managing the flow of goods with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer expectations and maintain smooth warehouse operations, making a tangible impact every day. Duties Carefully pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and picking & packing techniques to ensure accuracy and quality. Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, checking for damages, and ensuring proper documentation. (Max 12 pounds) Stock shelves accurately through order picking and stocking procedures, maintaining organized storage areas for easy access. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or shipping/packaging lab kits and supplies to field examiners Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting items, load & unload shipments, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of picking & packing procedures in an e-commerce setting to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
