SHIPPING ASSOCIATE/PERSONNEL

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring all shipments meet company standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and pack items for shipment according to company guidelines Verify order accuracy before dispatch Label packages and ensure proper documentation is completed Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory checks and stock organization Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move packages Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems Good communication skills Time management and problem-solving abilities
