Job Description
Job Responsibilities Include:
Data entry from manifests into company systems
Scanning, uploading, and reporting documents
Creating and updating Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
General office duties including filing, answering phones, assisting visitors, and handling mail
Creating shipping documents and processing USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments
Assisting Sales and Field Technical Services with paperwork, invoicing, and customer communication
Reviewing and organizing manifests and confirming destinations
Team communication using
Microsoft Teams Qualifications:
1-2 years of office experience
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dispatching, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus
