We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a collaborative operations team. What You'll Be DoingAs the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting laboratory and operational functions by ensuring materials, supplies, and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming and outgoing shipments using FedEx Ship Manager and other shipping platforms.
Generate, print, and apply shipping and barcode labels with a high degree of accuracy.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and internal procedures.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Distribute incoming packages to the appropriate departments and team members.
Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and handling of sensitive items.
Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and warehouse organization.
Partner with laboratory and operations teams to meet critical business deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving workspace.
