As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support the coordination of shipments, inventory movement, and administrative logistics. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing information, coordinating daily operations, and working in a collaborative office environment. No previous experience is required comprehensive training is provided. Position Overview As a Shipping Operations Assistant, you will assist with the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain shipping records, communicate with vendors and delivery partners, and help ensure materials and business supplies are processed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries. Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and packing records. Track shipments and update internal delivery status reports. Verify shipment information for accuracy before dispatch. Maintain organized shipping files and electronic records. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules. Assist with inventory updates related to incoming and outgoing materials. Support order processing and shipment scheduling activities. Help resolve shipping discrepancies by reporting issues promptly. Maintain organized work areas and assist with additional administrative projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
