Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Functions Collect finished goods from all manufacturing departments Enter all finished products into Company software Prepare and attach packing lists, necessary customer specific labeling, international customs documents, or other necessary shipping documents to packages Prepare Will Call packages for customer pick up Prepare all DHL/FedEx/UPS World ship/USPS labels for packages shipping out and assist with LTL shipments Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse Comply with all J&M Products Quality Management System requirements Comply with all J&M Products safety requirements. Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely flow of material and finished goods. Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory movements. Assist with loading and unloading material while following all safety protocols. Maintain stock of shipping and receiving supplies Load and unload trucks with forklifts. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3-8 years of experience Must be either U.S. Citizen or be a U.S. Permanent Resident Must have reliable way to get to work on-time, each day Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software Experience using DHL/FedEx/UPS software Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of team Strong communication skills (English both written and verbal) Ability to lift and carry heavy items and operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification preferred). Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies, to move stock or reorganize storage. Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure Must have a valid Class C Driver's License Schedule - 1st Shift 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
