We operate both a growing e-commerce channel and a network of B2B partners, including retailers, professional estheticians and specialty stockists. Role Description The Shipping and Fulfillment Associate (B2B + E-commerce) is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for both wholesale partners and direct-to-consumer customers, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and unloading incoming shipments, organizing and replenishing inventory, and sorting products for different order channels. The associate will create and print shipping labels, verify order details, and follow established packing standards to maintain brand presentation. Additional responsibilities include assisting with cycle counts, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse area, collaborating with customer service on shipment issues, and supporting process improvements during peak seasons or special launches. Qualifications Strong hands-on fulfillment skills, including Packing and Sorting, with a focus on accuracy and speed. Experience with warehouse operations such as Unloading deliveries and organizing stock safely and efficiently. Customer-focused mindset, with basic Customer Service skills to support order issue resolution and positive partner experiences. Comfort with equipment use. Familiarity with e-commerce and B2B shipping platforms, basic computer skills, and comfort using label printers. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. Experience with Shopify and shipping platforms (ShipStation, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce and wholesale orders Prepare and process B2B purchase orders and retail shipments Ensure all orders are packed accurately and beautifully according to brand standards Generate shipping labels and coordinate domestic and international shipments Maintain organized inventory and stock levels Assist with receiving, counting, and restocking inventory Coordinate with customer service and operations teams regarding order issues or shipping updates Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and warehouse areas Help improve fulfillment workflows and operational efficiency About You You enjoy hands-on work and staying organized You take pride in accuracy and efficiency You work well independently while also being a collaborative team member You care about presentation, quality, and customer experience You are adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company Position Details Full-time Located in San Francisco, CA Compensation based on experience
