Job Description

Adecco is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk in Santa Ana, CA, on behalf of our esteemed client. This vital role supports the Loan Servicing Department by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and organized processing of loan files, contributing to the smooth operation of the team. As a Shipping Clerk with Adecco, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of loan documentation through meticulous data entry, file review, and timely processing of requests. Your responsibilities include auditing and verifying files before shipment, facilitating clear communication between external partners and internal teams, and managing incoming requests to sustain a streamlined workflow. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting data entry and document review, preferably in mortgage or loan-related fields. Prior experience as a file clerk or in a similar data entry role. Proficiency in Excel for data review and input. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute. Strong written communication and grammar skills. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs..
Work Schedule:

Pay Details:
