- Full-time Essential Job Duties Oversee the inbound and outbound distribution of ALL finished goods/raw materials involved in the daily operations.
Coordinate and schedule the daily production. Coordinate and schedule the daily shipping/receiving of all finished goods/materials to/from customers/vendors. Maintain the inventory of packaging/storage materials used in the daily operations. Responsible for the proper organization, part number labeling, segregation and storage of finished goods and raw materials in their designated storage areas. Responsible for the proper storage of all in-use opened raw material containers. Responsible for the segregation of all allergens in the raw materials storage area. Ensure that proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used by each and every subordinate while performing his/her duties in the warehouse areas. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and enforcing, by way of authority, Food Defense measures in the warehouse. Maintaining and enforce, by way of authority, the highest levels of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in the warehouse. Oversee the discipline of Good Manufacturing Practices for the cleaning and maintaining of all warehouse areas floors, walls, ceiling tiles, lighting fixtures, scales, racks, containers, forklifts and all other equipment related to or involved in the processes of the warehouse operations.
