Shipping & Receiving associate/Parts to Service

Overview Thousand Oaks Powersports is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Parts Support team member to join our growing dealership in Thousand Oaks, California. This role is more than just shipping and receiving—about half of the position involves supporting our Service Department by pulling parts, helping manage inventory, and processing returns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the powersports industry, with potential to move into other areas of the business over time. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Package and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time Pull parts for the Service Department to support technicians Help track, organize, and maintain parts inventory Process parts returns and handle warranty-related returns as needed Keep the shipping/receiving and parts areas clean and organized Assist with general warehouse and parts department tasks as needed Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or parts experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to lift and move boxes and parts (within reasonable limits) Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus Interest in powersports, automotive, or mechanical environments is helpful What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A supportive, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement into other departments Stable, long-term employment with a well-established dealership

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
