As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately packed, prepared, and shipped on time, supporting overall warehouse and fulfillment operations. What You'll Do As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for Accurately packaging and shipping outbound patient orders following company procedures and quality standards. Preparing shipments by building boxes and assembling packing materials to ensure timely delivery. Assisting with receiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments. Replenishing inventory and supplies to keep fulfillment and packing stations fully stocked. Monitoring supply levels and communicating inventory needs to supervisors. Operating manual pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility. Maintaining accurate inventory organization and stock levels. Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times. Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping goals and operational deadlines. Following established workflows, safety procedures, and company SOPs. Performing additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
