Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM ZS Express is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Listing Associate / Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This position focuses on creating online listings, managing products across multiple sales platforms, communicating with buyers when needed, and helping with shipping and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, and other online selling platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, organization, and the ability to accurately describe and list electronics, computers, parts, and other inventory for sale. This position is located in a warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and should be comfortable working in a dusty or dirty warehouse setting, so please dress accordingly. Online Sales Responsibilities:
Create accurate product listings on eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, and other selling platforms Take clear product photos and make sure items are presented professionally Write clear titles, descriptions, item specifics, and condition notes Research similar sold listings to help price items competitively List computers, laptops, electronics, parts, accessories, and general inventory Verify item details such as model numbers, specs, condition, accessories, and defects Communicate with management or the testing department when item details are unclear Update, revise, and maintain existing listings as needed Help track listed inventory and make sure items are organized and easy to locate Assist with customer messages, offers, and basic sales-related tasks when needed Shipping /
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare sold items for shipment Match orders, labels, and products carefully before shipping Safely pack computers, electronics, parts, and fragile items to prevent damage Print shipping labels and help process orders through eBay, Shopify, and other platforms Organize shipping supplies, listed inventory, and finished goods Assist with receiving, sorting, moving, and staging products in the warehouse Help keep the listing, shipping, and warehouse areas clean and organized Lift, move, and handle boxes or equipment up to 40 lbs Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
Experience with eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, or other online selling platforms preferred Strong attention to detail when listing, describing, and shipping items Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to take clear photos and write simple, accurate product descriptions Comfortable researching product values and comparing sold listings Ability to stay organized and manage multiple items at once Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Experience with electronics, computers, or resale inventory is a plus Shipping, packing, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience is a plus
