Clerk, Shipping and Receiving will be responsible for checking in and out drivers in a timely manner while being able to accurately maintain all shipping and receiving records of raw material and finished goods. This role will also ensure the quality and accuracy of quantity of all loads that are unloaded and loaded prior to shipping. Will need to communicate between OTM and SAP to ensure virtual and physical matches are present prior receiving and shipping.
Key responsibilities include:
Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACCP requirements, and BRC standards for this area and function.
Must comply with all OSHA standards.
All other relevant duties as assigned by Management.
Provide daily reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers count and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers and supervisor.
Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments.
Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, and returnable pallets.
Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated.

Relative skill and ability
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards in English.
