Shift:

7 am - 3:30 pm M-F with potential for over time hours Summary The Shipping Assistant is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, including Wavelynx products/parts. Duties Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies in shipments Unload and load trucks using a pallet jack or other equipment Sort and organize received items in designated storage areas Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and proper packaging for shipment Maintain inventory records and update stock levels in the system Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies Collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse operations Skills Experience operating pallet jacks Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, and labeling Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized warehouse Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
