Job Description

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
is looking for a Shipping Clerk (Lead) with high-level computer experience oversees shipping operations and manages a team.
MUST HAVE LONGIVITY ON PAST JOBS!

Pay:
$18-$20 hr.
Hours:
(1st shift) Mon.-Fri. 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities Team Management:
Supervising shipping and receiving personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Documentation and Compliance:
Preparing complex shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Technology Utilization:
Utilizing advanced software for inventory management, shipment tracking, and data analysis, enhancing operational efficiency.
Problem Solving:
Addressing discrepancies in shipments and resolving issues related to logistics.
Skills Required Technical Proficiency:
High-level experience with spreadsheet and database software, such as Microsoft Excel.
Leadership Abilities:
Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Attention to
Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation.
Communication Skills:
