Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Receiver to join our team at a thriving kitchenware and gourmet food store. You will be responsible for opening shipments, ensuring accurate stock receipt, and supporting overall stock room operations. Our receiving comes in waves and we are ideally looking for people with scheduling flexibility who would like some extra work hours during the week as they are available. Mondays and Fridays are our most needed days currently. Duties Receive and unload incoming shipments using dollies and carts, adhering to safety protocols. Verify shipment contents against packing lists and purchase orders Accurately stock received items in designated locations, ensuring proper organization for easy retrieval. Use basic math skills to measure, count, and verify quantities during stock handling activities. Apply price tags to items as directed.
