Job Summary RMNL Brands is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. The Fulfillment Associate reports directly to the Senior Fulfillment + Logistics Manager and is responsible for processing all available orders accurately and efficiently to meet or exceed company standards. This role plays a direct part in maintaining inventory readiness, supporting cycle counts, coordinating across teams, and keeping a clean and safe work environment at all times. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, thrives in a small entrepreneurial environment, and can collaborate effectively across departments and team members — including colleagues for whom English is a second language. ORDER FULFILLMENT & ACCURACY
Process all available orders accurately and efficiently to meet or exceed company shipping standards. Every shipment is a direct brand touchpoint — accuracy is non-negotiable. Pick all assigned orders using scanners; pick from bin locations only. Follow FIFO rules for all finished goods inventory without exception. Prioritize B2B orders, D2C orders, Red Lane, and contract orders in sequence. Verify picked items against order details before sealing any carton. Pack according to order type standards; label all boxes clearly and accurately before staging. Stage completed shipments in designated carrier zones; maintain scanner use for all activity.
INVENTORY READINESS & FIFO MAINTENANCE
Maintain stock on pick shelves daily to promote picking efficiency and FIFO compliance at all times. Inventory readiness is a shared team responsibility. Stock finished goods into assigned FGI bin locations with correct
SKU, FIFO
sequence, and closed packaging. Move full SKU quantities together — no split locations. Communicate any supply needs or shortages to the manager promptly to prevent stock outages. Flag discrepancies, damaged product, or inventory inconsistencies immediately — do not put away non-conforming inventory.
SPECIAL PROJECTS

AS ASSIGNED
Special projects are a regular part of the fulfillment workload and carry the same accuracy and care standards as standard orders. Inventory Request Forms (IRFs) — scan and pull all items within the assigned timeframe. Student kits, GWP builds, and event shipments — assemble per specifications with zero substitutions without Lead approval. Contract and sales shipments — fulfill per requirements and confirm tracking is logged before handoff. Maintain scanner use for all special project activity without exception.

Work Environment Work is performed in a warehouse and fulfillment environment with exposure to noise, temperature variation, and physical activity typical of distribution operations. PPE including closed-toe shoes and any required safety equipment must be worn in designated areas.
