Full Job Description Summary:

The Shipper / Receiver will handle the preparation, packing, and shipment of parts, ensuring proper handling for both domestic and international deliveries. This role will also receive materials, verify incoming shipments, and track inventory to maintain accurate records.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Packing / Crating of parts and machinery for domestic and international shipments Arrange shipments with appropriate carriers Schedule shipments for UPS, FedEx, etc. Complete appropriate shipping documents as required Process shipping transactions in Infor (ERP) system Inspect incoming parts to ensure they meet drawing specifications and verify quantities received match the purchase order Process inventory receiving transactions and stock inventory in proper warehouse locations Perform daily inventory cycle counts Perform other duties as assigned to support the department

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required Shipping / Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand and power tools Computer literacy and ERP experience such as Infor and UPS-WorldShip Ability to drive a forklift and lift truck is a plus Strong attention to detail Takes initiative and is reliable Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to use stairs

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
