The Shipping Operations Assistant will be responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing packages, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments and packages Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Label, pack, and organize orders for delivery Maintain accurate shipping and tracking records Monitor shipment status and resolve basic delivery issues Assist with inventory tracking related to shipping Ensure packaging meets company and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Work with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable and punctual

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
