Shipping Clerk

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:

Responsible for overseeing shipments and receipt of outgoing and incoming material, parts, and products.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies Manage PW SNC online database for daily shipments Manage all shipping documents such as travelers, bills of lading, etc. Visual Inspect parts for FOD, check certs and verify serial numbers of completed orders if required. Supports the Quality inspection process; records and checks quantity and quality of products being shipped Investigate and resolve shipping related issues. Work within and promote established safety and quality standards. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Cross training with the Receiving department Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum High school diploma or GED Basic problem-solving skills Strong organization skills Ability to perform detail-oriented work, attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Moderate to advanced computer knowledge with MS Office applications
