Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Full time Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. This role is very hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and is eager to learn the behind-the-scenes process of apparel production, order fulfillment, and e-commerce logistics. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new inventory Apply tags, labels, and packaging to apparel according to brand standards Support quality control by checking products for defects before shipping Help with special projects such as seasonal launches or promotional events Assist with day-to-day tasks in the warehouse, including restocking, organizing, and upkeep Assisting our seamstress with cutting fabric and prepping product to be sewn Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and fulfillment areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and general tidying Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs) and standing for extended periods Interest in fashion, apparel production, or e-commerce a plus Basic computer skills Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 5 days per week

M-F 9AM - 5PM

Paid hourly, with potential for expanded responsibilities based on performance Perks Hands-on experience in a growing fashion brand Small team environment with opportunities to learn across departments
