Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Stock/Office Associate, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory management and supporting smooth warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that products are accurately stocked, shipped, and received to meet customer demands. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage stock levels by accurately stocking shelves and organizing inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Assist with order picking and packing, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment of customer orders for e-commerce platforms. Operate pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to move goods within the warehouse. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments, updating inventory records in AS400 or MRP systems, and preparing items for dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking supplies, packaging materials, and ensuring safety standards are met throughout all warehouse activities. Use basic math skills to count stock accurately, process orders efficiently, and perform inventory audits as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and improve overall productivity. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred, especially with warehouse distribution or e-commerce fulfillment. Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Hands-on experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and inventory control methods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under time constraints. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the use of equipment such as MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is advantageous.
