Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shipping and Receiving and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and excellent data entry skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on precision, safety, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Pull and ship sales orders
- Create BOL's for Freight shipments
- Schedule carriers in for pick up
- Process all UPS order on the maxi ship system.
- Email daily to sales the UPS detail and BOL's for all goods shipped out
- Unload import containers, verify contents, print labels and put goods away in location.
- Supply freight quotes with weights and dimensions
- Cycle count inventory
- Forklift experience a plus
- Good Computer skills (required)
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations through precise shipping & receiving functions combined with accurate data management.
Pay:
$18.00- $20.
