Job Description
Orafol America's is seeking a Full Time Shipping and Receiving Technician 2 . Typical hours are a shift scheduled between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM Monday- Friday. Hourly rate $20-25 hr commensurate with experience. Computer/ERP systems experience preferred. Higher level forklift experience (i.e. Narrow Alise Forklift) a plus. Job summary The Shipping and Receiving Tech is responsible for assisting and helping the Shipping and Receiving Lead Tech in the Shipping and Receiving procedures. The Shipping and Receiving Tech also helps to ensure that the packaged product conforms to ORAFOL packaging specification requirements. EssEntial functions Safe operation of all Orafol manufacturing equipment. Certified to drive and operate Orafol Fork Trucks within the Plant. Assists Shipping and Receiving Lead Tech. Receives and off-loads incoming shipments. Count and reconcile incoming shipments against vendor packing slips & PO's. Assists Shipping and Receiving Lead Tech in any shipping/receiving/packing responsibilities as deemed necessary. additional responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace. Follows prescribes safety regulations. Maintains an optimal level of product quality and adheres to ORAFOL's Specifications. Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
