Job Description

The Balanced Company is a leading subscription box company, with an entrepreneurial spirit and fast growing. Boxes ship throughout the USA. The head office and warehouse is located in Boca Raton, FL and this position is a full-time position, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. Candidates with previous experience that require attention to detail will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating outgoing shipments with various couriers
  • Co-packing of boxes for customers
  • Consolidation of used boxes and tidying warehouse after each order is fulfilled
  • Assessing proof of delivery and ensuring accuracy of deliveries received (Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt, unload product from incoming trucks, inspect products to ensure they are undamaged, verify packages according to order and invoices [quantity, quality, price etc.], communicate to management when a mistake is identified)
  • Counting and tracking inventory
  • Maintain organization of product, tracking expiry dates, etc.
  • Creating labels and labeling all boxes
  • Maintain and scan shipping documentation as per standard operating procedures in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned to support the shipping/receiving and operations teams
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Minimum 1-year experience required
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Must be a citizen of the
United States of America Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
