In-Store Donation Attendant/Receiving Associate If you enjoy connecting with people, staying active, and being part of a team that makes a daily impact, this could be a great fit. We're looking for an In-Store Donation Attendant who brings energy, professionalism, and a strong customer focus to the front line of our donation experience. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for donors—helping create a welcoming, efficient, and positive environment while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do You'll help turn donations into meaningful impact by ensuring every interaction and every item is handled with care. Greet and assist donors and customers with a friendly, professional approach Receive donations and assist with unloading items as needed Sort donations into appropriate categories and assess quality for processing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and stockroom area Follow all safety guidelines and product handling procedures Support team members and assist in other areas of the store as needed Respond calmly to questions, concerns, or unexpected situations and escalate when appropriate What You Bring A strong commitment to customer service and positive interactions Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Comfort with lifting, sorting, and staying active throughout your shift Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow direction and stay organized Basic familiarity with retail, stock handling, or receiving What to Expect Heavy items will be lifted with assistance as needed Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift A dynamic environment where you'll interact with both customers and behind-the-scenes operations A team that values safety, collaboration, and community impact Why You'll Love It Here This role offers the chance to be part of something bigger—supporting your community while working in a role that keeps you engaged and moving.
