Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview:

Leaf Diary is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to handle the preparation, packing, and shipping of live plants. This role is critical to ensuring every customer receives healthy, well-protected plants that reflect our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully pack live plants for shipment using proper protective materials Prepare orders accurately based on packing slips and customer details Inspect plants before shipping to ensure quality and health standards Water, clean, and prep plants as needed prior to packing Label boxes and generate shipping labels correctly Maintain a clean and organized packing area Follow packaging standards to prevent damage during transit Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies Report damaged or unhealthy plants to management Requirements Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow step-by-step packing procedures Comfortable handling live plants and soil Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs Reliable and punctual Previous warehouse, packing, or plant care experience is a plus (not required)

Preferred Qualifications:
