In this vital role, you will manage inventory flow, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support warehouse operations with precision and efficiency. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining smooth logistics processes and delivering quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies using our warehouse management systems. Load and unload materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer. Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, order picking, and inventory replenishment activities. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, update records, and support order fulfillment processes. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all loading/unloading activities to promote a secure warehouse environment. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and support MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with shipping & receiving operations preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is a plus. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing for e-commerce or distribution channels.
