Employment Solutions is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a well-established aviation manufacturer and distributor (18+ years in business). This role supports daily warehouse and dock operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of inbound and outbound materials. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm Pay $23-25 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and customer units
- Prepare and ship outbound orders with correct paperwork and freight coordination (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Verify purchase orders, part numbers, quantities, and traceability
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and stock levels
- Pull parts for work orders and support production needs
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking
- Work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- Experience with forklifts/material handling equipment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Quantum preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced dock/warehouse environment
