Job Description

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Shift/Hours:
Mon-Friday Location:
Fort Myers, FL Pay Rate:
$17 /Hr.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Core Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of items against purchase orders and packing slips Prepare outgoing shipments by carefully packaging, labeling, and documenting materials for transport Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and tracking software Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues immediately Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving area to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workspace Process shipping documentation including bills of lading, manifests, and delivery receipts Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Proficiency with computers and warehouse management software Excellent organizational and time management skills Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification Benefits of working with
