Shipping/Warehouse

Job Summary:

Shipping & Receiving We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse or facility, ensuring products are properly received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or invoices
• Record and document damages or discrepancies with incoming freight
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and reports
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Organize stock in warehouse or storage areas, following proper inventory procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving area
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
