This is a strong opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with supplement, food, pharmaceutical, warehouse, or laboratory experience who wants to learn GMP manufacturing and grow with the company. Position Summary The QC Receiving Associate will help receive raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods; verify documents; organize inventory; and support basic quality control checks for dietary supplement manufacturing. Chinese language ability is required because this role may communicate with Chinese suppliers and review supplier documents. Key Responsibilities Receive raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and supplies Check incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and supplier documents Review basic supplier paperwork, including COAs, specifications, and labels Assist with product identity testing and documentation Organize received goods in warehouse and QC holding areas Label, quarantine, release, or reject materials according to company procedures Maintain clean, organized, and compliant receiving areas Support inventory accuracy and lot traceability Communicate with vendors and internal departments when documents or shipments are incomplete Follow dietary supplement GMP requirements under 21 CFR Part 111 Support compliance with

dietary supplement GMP standards Requirements Must speak Chinese Must understand or be willing to learn dietary supplements, ingredients, botanicals, vitamins, minerals, capsules, tablets, powders, and packaging English required Spanish is a plus Recent graduates welcome Strong attention to detail Good attitude, serious work ethic, and willingness to learn Able to lift up to 25 lbs Able to stand, walk, organize, and work in warehouse/receiving areas Basic computer skills Must be reliable, punctual, and organized Preferred Background Supplement manufacturing experience Food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or nutraceutical experience Science, biology, chemistry, nutrition, pharmacy, or quality-related degree Experience reviewing COAs, specifications, SDS documents, or supplier paperwork Knowledge of
