About TrustWareGate TrustWareGate is a logistics and warehousing company providing secure storage, inventory handling, and distribution support for business clients. Our fulfillment team plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient distribution processes. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders based on order specifications Prepare, label, and stage shipments for outbound delivery Verify order accuracy and inspect items before shipment Maintain organized inventory and work areas Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree a plus) Previous administrative, coordination, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Reliable and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement within the company Stable, full-time employment Supportive and professional work environment
