Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who's ready to roll up their sleeves and gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and marketing support. You'll help keep daily fulfillment running smoothly, assist with inventory and order flow, and support brand activations—all within a fast-moving, high-growth e-commerce environment. Duties Assist with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and logistics to ensure daily operations run efficiently Support fulfillment specialists and help schedule operational support as needed Monitor and flag trends in fulfillment issues or customer feedback to support process improvements Contribute to marketing activations, community events, and in-person promotional efforts Ensure accurate inventory and timely order processing Support customer service efforts, including responding to inquiries and engaging with our community across platforms Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations Mangement, or a related field 0-2 years of work experience in operations, business, or a related area Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly Enthusiastic about working in a growing brand and eager to take initiative We're building something special at Alter Ego Running and are looking for adaptable, driven team players who want to grow with us.
