As our Fulfillment Associate, you'll own every order from the moment it hits Shopify to the moment it leaves the building — and personally call each customer for a welcome call and confirmation before it ships. WHAT YOU'LL OWN DAY-TO-DAY

Pick, pack, label, and ship same-day for any order placed before 2pm Make a 2-minute confirmation call on every order before it leaves the building Coordinate freight order shipments Manage drop-ship orders with vendor partners (PSI, Veloci, BE, Suttner, and others) Process returns, warranty claims, and refunds end-to-end Receive and inspect inbound inventory; flag damages and short-ships Keep your fulfillment tech stack clean and organized personal note from the owner: hi my name is collin. i started this company from my guest bedroom, and now•two years later•we are the fastest growing brand in our industry. this is a move fast and break things sort of environment. if you are not an independent and high caliber thinker and problem solver you will not make it here. if you are, you will thrive.

YOU'LL NEED TO

Lift up to 50 lbs and move freely on a warehouse floor for a full shift Read shipping manifests and packing lists accurately Communicate clearly with customers by phone (calm, friendly, professional) Show up reliably — your customers and teammates count on you
