Full-Time About Us RDL Global Logistics is a growing logistics and warehousing company dedicated to providing reliable freight handling and customer service. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately receiving inbound freight, verifying shipments, operating a forklift, and ensuring inventory is processed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Receive and inspect inbound freight from LTL, FTL, air freight, ocean freight, and parcel carriers. Verify shipments against packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and customer documentation. Operate a forklift safely to unload, move, stage, and organize freight. Inspect shipments for shortages, overages, or damage and report discrepancies immediately. Accurately enter receiving information into the warehouse management system. Label, organize, and stage freight for warehouse storage or customer pickup. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient movement of incoming freight. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse receiving experience. Forklift experience is required. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including data entry and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. Preferred Experience Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience handling LTL, FTL, air freight, ocean freight, or freight forwarding shipments. Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
