Review and validate accompanying documentation (e.g., 8130 tags, certificates of conformance, trace documents). Enter receiving data accurately into the company's inventory system. Label and store incoming parts in designated warehouse locations. Report discrepancies, damages, or missing paperwork promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and warehouse areas. Collaborate with inventory control, shipping, and quality assurance teams. Follow all company safety, quality, and FAA compliance procedures.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in a warehouse, receiving, or logistics role Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory software, Microsoft Office) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace parts industry Familiarity with aircraft documentation (8130s, C of C, trace) Knowledge of FAA and
AS9120/ISO
