Job Description
Overview Our e-commerce business (DirectMerch.com & FlowertownWeddings.com) is expanding our team near Odessa, FL. We are searching for part time team members able to work 20-30 hours per week. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid time off and a great work environment. Responsibilities Accurately pull and package customer orders - attention to detail is extremely important Determine the most effective shipping methods and packaging materials for each shipment Inspect orders to ensure accuracy and quality before shipping Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory Maintain clean, organized workstations and shipping supply areas Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production and shipping goals Assist with inventory management and general warehouse organization as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 60 pounds Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed Ability to work additional hours during busy periods or seasonal demand If you're a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you.
