Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse production team. You will be responsible for efficiently processing customer customized orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely processed and shipment of products. Your energetic approach and commitment to accuracy will help us deliver exceptional service and maintain smooth warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, customization tool use, and logistics processes while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Duties Operate hot foiling machines, heat press, laser engraver, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to pick, make and pack products Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment Load and unload shipments efficiently, verifying shipping labels and documentation for accuracy Conduct quality control checks during processing and packing processes to maintain high standards Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including inventory stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing Experience in shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes Excellent attention to detail for picking & packing accuracy and quality control Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with warehouse roles is advantageous but not required Mandarin speaker is a plus Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate if you're passionate about e-commerce, thrive on teamwork, and want to grow your career in a vibrant warehouse setting.
