Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Paint Logistics Associate and become a vital part of our supply chain operation! In this energetic role, you will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of paint products and related materials. Your proactive approach will ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and seamless shipping and receiving processes. Duties Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport paint products safely within the warehouse. Manage warehouse inventory using Warehouse Management System software to track stock levels and location. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards. Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against packing lists. Stock shelves efficiently through order picking and stocking procedures while maintaining organized storage areas for quick access. Assist in warehouse distribution tasks by coordinating with transportation providers to load and unload trucks efficiently. Support inventory audits by performing stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to optimize warehouse operations. Experience Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or inventory management is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is essential; certification is a plus. Basic math skills are necessary for counting inventory, measuring quantities, and processing orders accurately. Experience working with e-commerce platforms or in a fast-paced distribution environment will help you excel in this role.
