In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient processing of outbound shipments, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and promptly. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and shipping procedures will help us maintain seamless operations, support order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Duties Prepare and organize outgoing shipments by selecting items using order pickers and RF scanners, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing processes Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to facilitate warehouse distribution activities Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and process shipping documentation Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves efficiently and maintaining organized storage areas for quick access Verify shipment contents against packing lists and orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards before dispatch Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate order fulfillment activities, including order picking, packing, and labeling for timely delivery Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions using RF scanners and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and MRP software Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly preferred Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, packing, stocking, loading & unloading Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities accurately Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks safely following safety protocols Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join our team as a Shipping Clerk and be part of a vibrant organization that values efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.
