Shipping Store Associate / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at a busy shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox center. This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team environment. Every day is different, and you will assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailboxes, office services, and general customer service needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, scanning, copying, shredding, mailbox rentals, and other business services Answer customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner Upsell products and services when appropriate Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues Communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with lifting and moving packages when needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service, retail, shipping store, print shop, office, or sales experience is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to speak English is required, and additional languages are a plus Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze customer situations and provide effective solutions Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods of time
