Office Assistant-Customer Service & Shipping

About Us We are a fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in all-natural products and retail distribution. We're looking for a dependable, motivated team member who is comfortable on the phone and willing to jump in and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on role that combines sales and warehouse responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and retail accounts Follow up with leads and help generate new business Bottle and label products Pack and ship customer orders Maintain a clean, organized workspace Assist with pricing and organizing clothing/products Provide general warehouse and office support as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable making cold calls (required) Sales or customer service experience preferred Reliable and punctual Able to multitask between phone work and physical tasks Detail-oriented and organized Positive attitude and team player Bonus (Not Required) Experience in retail or product-based businesses Order packing/shipping experience Previous work in a small business environment Why Work With Us Family-run business (not corporate) Variety in your day — no two days are the same Opportunity for growth Flexible, supportive work environment Important This role requires both phone sales work AND physical warehouse tasks.
