High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies) Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
Required Screenings:
Drug Testing/Screening (Random); Background Checks (Local, State & Federal).
Job Description:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Verify shipping details such as addresses, weights, and quantities Print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before shipment Use shipping software and systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) to process outbound shipments Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Communicate with team members, supervisors, and customer service as needed Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
